CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS <br />A. 2000-0809 — 511 W. Colfax, removal of paving. <br />Mrs. Saunders read the staff report. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I think the Commission should request a plan illustrating <br />where the trees are to be located, what paving is to be removed and what type of trees are <br />to be planted. <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: Mrs. Sexton, do you have a drawing illustrating <br />Mrs. Sporleders questions? <br />TAMARA SEXTON: I do not have a drawing; we simply want to plant some <br />trees to block the view of the shop behind us. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I do not believe the Commission should approve this <br />application with out complete documentation. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I believe that a motion should be made which stipulates that <br />the Commission Staff notify the owner, in writing, of the needed documentation. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I move to table this application until the owner submits <br />additional supporting evidence of their intent and plans. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Joann Sporleder, being seconded by Martha Choitz and carried <br />unanimously, application 2000-0809 was tabled until the applicant submits further <br />information. <br />5 <br />
