185 Mrs. Choitz noted that nearly all of Lincolnway East is commercial and a large majority <br />186 is a Local Historic District, with which the Commission works very closely. She further <br />187 noted that the owners asked to be designated and has since become a popular place to <br />188 locate a business. Mr. Huff asked if the Commission could send him information on <br />189 fagade easements. Mrs. Saunders stated that the staff would compile a packet of <br />190 information and send it to Mr. Huff. Mrs. Sporleder moved to table proposed local <br />191 landmark, 53233 Fir Road, until August 21, 2000. Mrs. Hostetler seconded the motion. <br />192 The motion passed unanimously. <br />193 <br />194 6. 51991 Ash — Smith Farmhouse <br />195 Mrs. Saunders presented the staff report and circulated photographs. She further noted <br />196 that the owners have not responded to any of the Commissions correspondence. Mr. <br />197 Ujdak moved to send proposed local landmark, 51991 Ash, to the County Council with a <br />198 favorable recommendation. Mr. Helmus seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />199 unanimously. <br />200 <br />201 7. 14309 Adams Road — Metzger Farmhouse <br />202 Mrs. Saunders presented the staff report and circulated photographs. She also noted that <br />203 the owner has signed a consent form for landmarking of his property at 14309 Adams <br />204 Road. Mr. Weiner moved to send proposed local landmark, 14309 Adams Road, to the <br />205 County Council with a favorable recommendation.
