Mortar Tuckpointing: <br />There is some minor tuckpointing proposed, only in a few areas with open joints. <br />The mortar is proposed as low -strength, type "N" and color shall match the existing <br />mortar. <br />Roof: <br />The existing roof is an internally drained built-up roof with full perimeter brick <br />parapet, and is in serviceable condition. The following work is proposed: <br />1. Cutout existing roof drain and replace with new unit. <br />2. Repair 10' x 10' section of roof (and deck if required). <br />3. Provide new and/or replace / abandon roof vent penetrations as required <br />based upon new plumbing layout. <br />4. Provide new BUR surface re -coat over existing roof. <br />5.
