Brent Thompson, City Forester, has given his approval to the already removed tree with <br />the stipulation that it is replaced with in a year. Upon discussion with Mr. Thompson he <br />has stated that he will not approve the removal of the second tree until the Vandykes <br />replace the tree that has already been removed. <br />The staff is recommending approval of the removal of the already removed tree with the <br />stipulation that the replacement tree is chosen from those listed in the guidelines. The <br />staff is also recommending that the Commission deny the request to remove the second <br />tree, which is also located in the tree lawn. <br />
