NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Redevelopment Authority. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution sets <br />up a fund for the Airport Tax Exempt <br />Bond issue that is being refinanced and is <br />scheduled to close on February 11. The <br />bond issue has savings totaling <br />approximately $137,995 after issuance <br />costs. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1493 establishing certain funds and <br />accounts in connection with the amended <br />and restated lease dated as of August 1, <br />1990, and as amended by an addendum <br />thereto dated as of January 29, 1991, and <br />as further amended by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1494 of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission approving <br />the execution of an addendum to the <br />lease dated as of January 15, 1997, <br />between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />for certain land and public <br />improvements located thereon. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />recognizes the Commission's intent to <br />refinance the bond and set up a new lease <br />payment schedule, reducing the payment <br />H:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\020797.MIN -6- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1493 <br />ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FUNDS AND <br />ACCOUNTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE DATED AS OF <br />AUGUST 1, 1990, AND AS AMENDED BY AN <br />ADDENDUM THERETO DATED AS OF JANUARY <br />29, 1991, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY THE <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />AND THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />
