"MYRYDRIDliN
We have a house built in 1926 that, prior to our ownership, had
most of its' decorative trim covered with aluminum siding and
aluminum storm windows. Only four original windows remain - all
others were replaced, also prior to our ownership.
There was a family room added to the back of the house in the early
1970's on a crawl space. The entire addition is backset from the
rest of the house - see photos #2 and #4 - and foundation is not
visible from the street. Existing crawl space foundation is
concrete block, future basement, walls will also be of concrete
block. Only visible difference will be the basement windows. The
southern exposure will have -a bank of 3 windows, middle window
being stationary. Flanking two windows will be casement type. These
three windows will each be 24" wide x 36" tall. The western
exposure will have two casement windows, each 28" x 36" tall. These
will provide egress. All windows will be Marvin aluminum clad
white. Both window wells will be constructed using 611x 6" treated
landscape timbers and will be level with grade.
Hopefully I have anticipated any concerns you might have. Your
swift action would be greatly appreciated in this manner due to
impending cold weather that could further delay the project. Thank
you for your consideration.
Very truly yours,
/.rArhderson
' g
