Mr. Talley noted that on Wednesday, April 21 st, the same <br />ordinance would be before Area Plan in an effort to get the same ordinance passed by the <br />County Council. Old Business <br />None. <br />V. New Business <br />1. First Reading Proposed Local Landmarks <br />Mr. Oxian stated that the owner of 1240 W. Thomas was notified and is for the designation of <br />his property, as is the owner of 1253 Diamond and 14600 Adams Road. He further stated that <br />there has been no response from the owner of 614 North Sherman and that 120 W. LaSalle <br />would be tabled. <br />2. Upgrade rating of 123 W. North Shore Drive <br />Mr. Talley reported that the request for rerating the property came from the property owner. <br />Mr. Oxian stated that the upgrade request should be postponed until as well as the upgrade <br />request for Angela Street Bridge, until next month when photographs of the properties in <br />question are available. <br />4 <br />
