NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. continued.... <br />hours, and attention to detail and this has <br />enabled the Commission to move forward on <br />its projects; and <br />WHEREAS, Jenny has written countless <br />contracts, development agreements, leases, <br />and deeds and has reviewed numerous <br />purchase offers, easements, bond issues, <br />quiet titles, and other documents; and <br />WHEREAS, Jenny has withstood the <br />demands that have been put on her from <br />countless condemnations and deadlines; and <br />WHEREAS, without her excellent assistance <br />rw the Commission would not have been able to <br />proceed with projects such as the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park, Blackthorn Golf Course, <br />Central High School Apartments, <br />Stephenson Mill Apartments, St. Joseph <br />County Juvenile Justice Center, the new <br />location for Ivy Tech, the College Football <br />Hall of Fame, the new apartments at <br />Robertson's, Southeast Heritage Homes, <br />West Washington Homes and other projects <br />too numerous to mention; and <br />WHEREAS, Jenny has never forgotten the <br />public that she serves and has always been <br />committed to making South Bend an <br />excellent place to live; and <br />WHEREAS, Jenny has now decided to serve <br />the State of Indiana in the same way she has <br />quietly served the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and the City of <br />South Bend, <br />H:\ HOME \CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\011797.MIN -6- <br />
