There are a number of properties already in the possession ofNT'N annd they, wrth some <br />support 67om-Memorial, are undertaldna work at these locations. - <br />Two properties that Memorial owns, 512 and 520 St. Joseph, are being rehabilitated at <br />- Memorial's a pense. Project work at these residences is being managed by ."JNN. <br />At the 524 St. Joseph Street property, -the a cisting structure, pertduag necesmry-approval, is <br />planned for demolition with the property to be deeded over to i�NIAI for future developm;rtt. <br />We are happy to have NNY. and the Historic Preservation Commission as -partners in maintaining <br />and protecting the residential communities surrounding the Memorial Campus.
