Mr. Oxian concurred with Mrs. Choitz that more information is needed. Mr. Talley stated that <br />the Committee needed to either deny or approve this application tonight because of the sixty <br />day time limit. He went on to note that the Staff recommends denial of the application based on <br />the lack of documentation. Mr. Oxian moved to recommend that the Certificate of <br />Appropriateness be denied without prejudice until the owner can supply all of the needed <br />documentation. Mrs. Choitz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. A phone <br />vote concerning the motion to deny was held on November 16, 1999, as follows: John Oxian- <br />yes, Martha Choitz-yes, Jerry Weiner -yes, Gerald Ujdak-yes, Catherine Hostetler -yes and <br />Richard Helmus-yes. The motion to deny the application without prejudice passed <br />unanimously. <br />V. New Business <br />A. Re -rate 1818 LWW and 1019 S. Michigan <br />Mr. Oxian stated that 1818 Lincolnway West and 1019 S. Michigan were currently under rated <br />and needed to be raised from C/10's to S/11's. Mr. Oxian moved to recommend the re -rating of <br />1818 Lincolnway West and 1019 S. Michigan from C/10's to S/11's. Mr. Weiner seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. A phone vote was taken concerning the re -rating of <br />1818 Lincolnway West and 1019 S. Michigan on November 16, 1999, as follows: John Oxian- <br />yes, Martha Choitz-yes, Jerry Weiner -yes, Gerald Ujdak-yes, Catherine Hostetler -yes and <br />Richard Helmus-yes. The motion to up grade the ratings was unanimously passed. <br />VI. Hearing of Visitors <br />None. <br />VII. Announcements and Miscellaneous Matters <br />Mr. Talley stated that Commission member, Kari Gallagher, has resigned her position on the <br />Commission because of the party -neutral job she has recently excepted. <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Of South Bend and St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana. <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />
