CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS STAFF REPORT <br />RECONMMNDATION <br />Stafffinds that the proposed changes and additions to the fence are all allowable under the <br />existing Riverside Drive Local Historic District Guidelines. Changes to the existing "spite" <br />fence that exists currently so they conform to the new fence additions are also allowable and <br />recommended for approval. <br />The need to remove and relocate a single Lilac bush at the southern end of the existing fence <br />should also be allowed and suggested for approval. <br />
