As the owner of the noted property, we <br />are currently researching the financial and administrative effects the nomination would have on <br />future rehabilitation / reconstruction plans. At this time, we are'requesting that the nomination <br />be tabled at your October meeting in order to complete our research 'rior to concurring or <br />objecting to the nomination. In the event that the nomination is not tabled, St. -Joseph County <br />would be required to object at this time. <br />We will continue to research the National Historic Preservation Act Amendments as we wait for <br />your response to the status of the nomination.
