NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Mary A. <br />Taylor is in the amount of $14,150.00 at 1% <br />interest for 20 years with monthly payments <br />of $65.08. The grant is in the amount of <br />$13,906.75. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 1510 N. <br />O'Brien. (Mary A. Taylor). Ms. Schwartz <br />abstained from the vote. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1711 St. Joseph. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,500.00 as of March 1, <br />1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property located at 1711 <br />St. Joseph.
