Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1486, supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. (South <br />Bend Central Development Area) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1486, a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of the <br />City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />e. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 1015 <br />E. Wayne Street. (Marshall and Mary <br />Phillips) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Marshall and <br />Mary Phillips is in the amount of $5,750.00 at <br />3% interest for 10 years with monthly payments <br />of $55.52. The grant is in the amount of <br />$3,691.60 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 1015 E.
