In
October of 1987, Center City Associates, a downtown merchants association
moved the house to its new location at 520 East Colfax. In December of 1992
the current.owners, The Historic Landmarks Foundation, purchased the property.
PROPOSED CHANGE
Applicant proposes to erect an identification sign to the east of the Probst
House near the sidewalk leading to the rear of the property. The sign will also have
the Historic Landmarks Foundation Logo.
