Annual Organizational Meeting - January 2, 1997 <br />4. Adoption of Resolution No. 1487 (Cont.) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Resolution <br />No. 1487 parallels the City's Salary <br />Ordinance. Ms. Kolata noted that <br />Resolution No. 1487 sets the maximum <br />salaries for the Redevelopment staff, and <br />appoints the staff. Not everyone receives the <br />maximum salary. Mrs. Kolata noted that <br />there is a three percent increase for each <br />position and some of the staff members have <br />been promoted from one position to another <br />position. The Redevelopment Staff consists <br />of Mrs. Kolata and six Economic <br />Development Specialists. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1487 <br />setting maximum salaries for Redevelopment <br />Staff for 1997 and appointed the <br />Redevelopment staff. <br />5. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES <br />FOR 1997 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Regular Meetings of the Redevelopment <br />Commission for 1997 were set for the 1st and <br />3rd Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m. local <br />time. <br />6. 1996 ACCOIVIPLISBAIENTS <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that 1996 was a very <br />productive year and provided a summary of <br />Redevelopment accomplishments. <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. <br />1487 SETTING MAXIMUM SASS FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT STAFF FOR 1997 AND <br />APPOINTED THE REDEVELOPMENT STAFF <br />COMMISSION SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES <br />FOR 1997 <br />
