The proposed storm door is to be nearly identical to the existing. The <br />shrub foundation plantings proposed are consistent with typical landscaping of <br />surrounding properties. Staff recommends approval of these items as conforming <br />to the guidelines. _ <br />The existing front entry door is of 1950s contemporary design in keeping with <br />the style of the house. The proposed six panel door does not reflect this <br />character.
