III. Goals: <br />The preservation and enhancement of the entire Lincolnway West Corridor, <br />which will also positively effect the immediate neighborhoods on each side. <br />IV. Reasons for Historic District Designation (inglude reasons for boundaries): <br />The Lincolnway West Corridor is an historic and cultural resource as <br />evidenced by its developmental history and material evidence in the Corridor <br />itself. <br />Through taking advantage of the Corridors Historical Assets it will enhance <br />and promote the unique qualities of the neighborhood, convey a substantial <br />and positive image of the neighborhood and mark the neighborhood as a place <br />of vitality and prominence. <br />The boundaries were selected based on the analysis made by Pastor <br />Preservation & Architectural Services to include the many historical building <br />located in the Corridor. <br />
