Attach as Appendix A. <br />4. Map of District: Obtain a 1" - 200" scale map from the Historic <br />Preservation Commission of the Area Plant Commission, outline the <br />boundaries of the proposed District, and attach as Appendix B. <br />II. Representative Neighborhood Organization or Historic District Sterring <br />Committee. (Attach Organization By -Laws) <br />1. Name of Organization or Committee - Lincolnway West Business <br />Association, Inc. <br />2. Means of formation of Organization - The Lincolnway West Business <br />Association, Inc. was formed in 1983 to represent the business owners <br />in all matters pertaining to Lincolnway West Corridor. (By -Laws <br />enclosed) <br />3. Current officers of Organization: <br />Kevin Weinberg - President <br />Donald L. Buczynski - Vice -President <br />Karen J.
