Old Business <br />Commissioner Oxian spoke about committee assignments for 1994. <br />VI, Commissioner Sporleder asked to have the Manual Log House entered <br />on the County Survey prior to a possible landmarking effort. <br />VII. Hearing of Visitors <br />Mr. Kenny Kent spoke concerning "the Potpourri" 1244 LWE. <br />Mr. Kent said the neighborhood preferred the status quo to demolition. <br />He also stated that in his 10 years in the neighborhood he has never <br />seen the property " secured, or boarded ". Discussion ensued concerning <br />many aspects of the property and its ownership. Mr. Duvall reported on <br />the site visit made by the staff. <br />Marsha Stevenson spoke concerning the streetlights of the RD-LHD. <br />Ed Talley spoke about the problem of erosion along the river bank in <br />the RD-LHD. He invited the HPC to attend a walk along the bank in the <br />near future. Commissioner Oxian requested a written report from Mr. <br />Talley on the findings of the group. <br />Copies of Indiana National Register 1994 were distributed courtesy of <br />the SHPO and Mr. Meredith. <br />Ed Talley spoke about the problem of heavy trucks operating on Riverside <br />Drive. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9.56 p.m. <br />
