Walker, Owner <br />October 25, 1993 <br />We will construct a porch on the West elevation of your home as <br />follows: <br />2. We will install three 6 ' x 6 ' wood posts and frame the front wall <br />and the side return wall for brick to be installed to a height to match <br />what you have on the adjacent sun room. There will be five sets of <br />storm windows and screen with a wood screen and storm door near <br />the house. <br />3. The rest of the exterior will match the house as it is now and I <br />will use all redwood trim. I have not included the cost of the sheet <br />metal work that will be required for the gutters and the downspouts. <br />4. We will install a single ply rubber roof with all of the flashings <br />necessary to meet the manfacturer "s specifications. The finished <br />height of the porch will be the same as the sun room. <br />5. We will install electric outlets on the inside in the new walls and a <br />switch and a box on the outside above the door for your light fixture. <br />Let me know if you think that you might want a fan installed in the <br />ceiling so that we can wire for that also.
