Legal <br />Mr. Oxian asked Mrs. DeRose questions about fining <br />procedures delineated under the city zoning ordinance. <br />Mrs. DeRose indicated that the HPC could be placed under the <br />Building Department's fining procedures and fee delineations. <br />4. Historic Districts <br />Mr. Oxian announced that members of the District Committee <br />are meeting with residents of the River Bend LHD on the first <br />and third Monday of each month at 5:30 in the County -City <br />Building on the 7th floor to develop and work on design <br />standards. <br />5. Historic Landmarks <br />a. 710 Cushing -- First Reading <br />b. 51387 Portage -- First Reading <br />Mr. Holycross requested that these two proposed Local <br />Landmarks be postponed until March for the second reading. <br />Mr. Holycross related to the Commission that staff time is <br />tight at the present and more time is needed to properly <br />• research these two sites. <br />There were no objections. <br />Mr. Holycross also read from the January 5, 1993 South Bend <br />Tribune article on Central High School about the Alexander <br />Company's bid to purchase the building for a renovation <br />project. <br />6. Standards and Maintenance <br />No discussion. <br />7. Personnel <br />No discussion. <br />8. Staff Reports <br />a. Annual Staff Report <br />Mr. Holycross asked if there were any questions about <br />the Annual Staff or Fiscal Budget reports for 1992 as <br />submitted. <br />Mr. Holycross then pointed out that on the Fiscal Budget <br />Report for the estimated budget in 1993 that there will be a <br />personnel change in the next grant period.
