South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting - October 18, 1996 6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) g. continued.... incurred for local public improvement in the South Bend Central Development Area. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the Commission adopted Resolution No. 1471, a resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. IA) from the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. IA) Special Fund. h. Commission approval requested for interim agreement with Real Estate Management for Property Management of the Palais Royale. Mrs. Kolata noted that the management agreement with Real Estate Management expired on September 30, 1996. The staff have not had the opportunity to discuss a new agreement but intends to bring in a new agreement to the Commission. In the meantime, we want to continue our current arrangement with Real Estate Management. Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the request for interim agreement with Real Estate Management Corporation for Property Management of the Palais Royale.
