GENERAL ACCOUNT(420) <br />Circle Lumber Inc. <br />C & S Service Inc. <br />City Awning of South Bend <br />Burn's Rent Alls Inc <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />October 18, 1996 and ordered the checks to <br />be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item <br />6.p. to the agenda. There were no objections <br />and item 6.p. was added. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services <br />related to environmental <br />investigation of the Dreishach <br />property. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the proposal <br />from EIS Environmental Engineers, Inc. <br />includes an asbestos inspection, lead <br />paint sampling and analysis, a roof drain <br />and floor drain study, subsurface <br />investigation and a proposal for a <br />hydraulic lift investigation. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff <br />recommends approving the proposal <br />with the exception of the hydraulic lift <br />-3- <br />$6.99 <br />$120.00 <br />$50.00 <br />$95.00 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />OCTOBER 18, 1996 AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO <br />BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />ITEM 6.P.
