(Daniel Kois) <br />L Commission authorization requested <br />for Redevelopment Director to sign the <br />Ivy Tech Replat. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Cole Associates is <br />working on the replat of the land for the <br />Ivy Tech site, and since the land hasn't yet <br />been transferred to the State of Indiana, it <br />may be necessary for Redevelopment to <br />sign the Replat. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission authorized the <br />Redevelopment Director to sign the Ivy <br />Tech Replat. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />assignment of contract related to <br />operation of Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to table <br />item 6.1. There were no objections and <br />item 6.1. was tabled. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 617 Cushing. <br />(Leo & Cleora Kelsch) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives <br />-11- <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />DIRECTOR TO SIGN THE IVY TECH REPLAT <br />ITEM 61.
