The proposals in this application are aimed at making the building marketable for these purposes. Proposal 1: Reduce size of one window on south-east side. Install wood 1/1 double hung sash. Proposal 4: Install aluminum combination storm windows and doors. STANDARDS II. Existinq Structures A) Buildinq Materials 1) Required Existing exterior building materials shall be retained. ... Aluminum or vinyl siding may be used when it is the only feasible alternative to maintainina the original surface material.
