The railing as proposed is similar in form and <br />style to original porch railings found on American Four Square <br />dwellings throughout the city. The screen tracks to be removed <br />are standard lumber strips ps and are not original; removal of these <br />will return the porch supports and entablature to the original <br />form and appearance. <br />I recommend that the Commission moves to approve the proposal as <br />submitted. <br />-- J.
