Staff Reports <br />a. 1991 Annual Report <br />Mr. Oxian asked Mr. Holycross to add several <br />items to the report, namely: <br />--the adoption of historical research <br />guidelines <br />--the adoption or architectural drawing <br />standards <br />--the adoption of maintenance standards <br />--the adoption of new C of A procedures. <br />Mr. Holycross said he would return amended <br />report next month. <br />b. 1992 Project Goals <br />Mrs. Sporleder mentioned certain projects she <br />hoped to see undertaken in the future. <br />Specifically, she named rural preservation as <br />a project needing attention. Grants might be <br />sough to survey trees, landscapes, cemeteries, <br />etc. A grant existed, she believed, for <br />surveying urban trees. <br />V. Old Business <br />No report. <br />VI.
