b. 1501 E. Wayne --Local Historic District <br />Mr. Pastor updated the Commission on the <br />status of this property. The owner had begun <br />construction of a back porch without first <br />obtaining a C of A. construction had been <br />halted by a stop work order; no work had been <br />done since. The owner, however, had not yet <br />applied for a C of A, nor responded to letters <br />on this matter. <br />C. 1716 E. Wayne <br />Mr. Pastor reported that this case involved a <br />fence and gate erected over the summer. The <br />owner, Mrs. Metzger, had <br />appeared before the Commission and been <br />instructed to replace the gate. Since then, <br />she had neither contacted the staff with <br />alternate proposals for a gate, nor replaced <br />the gate. <br />1b. Certificates of Appropriateness (update) <br />a. 814 Arch Avenue --Local Historic District <br />Mr. Pastor reported that the Commission had <br />denied this proposal pending a letter of <br />dissent from the owner. No such letter had <br />been received, and the time limit had expired. <br />2. Budget and Finance <br />a. 1991 annual Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved the approve the <br />treasurer's report as submitted; Mrs. Petrass <br />seconded; report unanimouslv approved. <br />b. Projected 1992 Staff Budget <br />The staff budget was approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Holycross mentioned that grant funding for <br />1992 was not yet confirmed. <br />3. Legal <br />No report. <br />4.
