V. Old Business <br />Mr. Herendeen asked if there had been any further developments <br />or reaction from the SBSC about the maintenance issues at Oliver and <br />Central schools. <br />Mr. Holycross replied in the negative and said he was waiting for <br />direction from the HPC. <br />Mrs. Choitz asked whether there was any sign that the SBSC was <br />marketing the buildings. <br />Mr. Holycross and Ms. DeRose stated that the Department of Economic <br />Development was in contact with a party interested in Central. <br />Mr. Oxian read a letter he received from H. Dean Evans, Superintendent <br />of Public Instruction, in response to his letter regarding maintenance <br />problems in Central and Oliver schools and the SBSC lack of upkeep or <br />willingness to do so. <br />VI. New Business <br />No report. <br />VII. Hearing of Visitors <br />Ms. Lola Frye asked about the survey rating system and how a <br />property could have its rating "raised." She also wanted to know <br />about her property, 1217 N. Blaine, and if the HPC had <br />information about it on file. She also asked when the survey was <br />completed. <br />Mr. Oxian and Mrs. Sporleder explained the ratings in brief and <br />the staff offered to meet with her about her property and send <br />her any information the HPC had on file. <br />VIII. Announcements/Miscellaneous Matters <br />No discussion. <br />IX. Adjournment <br />Mr. Herendeen moved to ad.iourn.
