Please review very <br />carefully, as this is an important guideline. <br />Also, would it be wise to add something about the Commission's <br />NO discretionary powers in the event that a building in an historic <br />district (separate and apart from an historic landmark) was <br />originally built with inconsistent styles and the new owner wishes to <br />alter the original errors to make the entire building consistent with <br />the historic period?
