Mr. Herendeen <br />moved to table the motion and turn the problem <br />over to the C of A committee. Mrs. Petrass <br />seconded the motion. <br />IV. Regular Business. <br />A. Approval of Minutes --Aug. 19, 1991 and Sept 16, 1991. <br />Mr. Oxian cited two corrections for the September <br />minutes and two for the August minutes. To the <br />September minutes he wanted to add the appointment <br />of Mr. Fred Holycross to the Directorship and the <br />rehiring of Surveyor Suzanne Booker. In the August <br />minutes, he wanted it clarified that Todd Zeiger did <br />not initiate the formation of the proposed Monroe Park <br />Historic District, but merely proposed to expand the <br />district's borders. Mr. Oxian also said that Center <br />City Associates and Redevelopment, not Area Plan, were <br />supporting the HPC in this venture. <br />B. Treasurer's Report --September 1991. <br />Mrs. Choitz moved to approve the Treasurer's Report <br />as sent; Mr. Newburn seconded. <br />C. Correspondence <br />To the list of correspondence Mr. Holycross added a <br />new item --an Indianapolis conference on preservation <br />law --which he felt to be of particular interest. <br />The cost of the conference was $95/person. Several <br />Commission members expressed interest in attending; <br />Mr. Holycross said he'd like to attend, but cautioned <br />that the conference budget was getting low. <br />Mr. Herendeen suggested leaving the decision <br />to Mr. Oxian. <br />D.
