VI. <br />VII. <br />VIII. <br />IX. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to purchase the plaques from <br />Lakeshore Industries: Mr. Newburn seconded the <br />motion. Motion approved. Mrs. Choitz dissented. <br />She felt the plaques were too expensive. <br />All South Bend landmark owners who did not have <br />plaques would be contacted by mail and asked if <br />they had an interest in purchasing a plaque. <br />Thus creating an order list. <br />E. Plaques for the Districts <br />Decisions regarding plaques for the districts would <br />be left to the District Committee. <br />The probability of plaques getting stolen was the <br />main concern voiced by the Commission members and <br />will be considered in the decision of whether or <br />not to purchase plaques for the districts. <br />F. Darden Bridge Plaque <br />It was brought to the attention of the commission <br />that an individual(s) wanted to present the Darden <br />Bridge plaque to HPC. <br />Mrs. Sporleder was asked to formulate a proposal on <br />how the plaque could be presented to HPC. <br />It was suggested that the plaque be placed either <br />in the Studebaker Museum or in the Northern Indiana <br />Historical Society Museum. <br />G. Maintenance Standard <br />Mr. Pastor reported that Code Enforcement would be <br />sending HPC an old copy of their maintenance <br />standards. <br />Mr. Oxian asked Mr. Pastor to contact the <br />Cleveland, Ohio HPC and inquire about their <br />progress in establishing Maintenance Standards. <br />New Business <br />No Report. <br />Hearing of Visitors <br />No report. <br />Announcements and Miscellaneous Matters <br />No Report. <br />Adjournment <br />Mr. Oxian moved to adiourn: Mrs. Dennen seconded.
