MINUTES OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />County Council Caucus Room (411) County/City Building <br />July 15; 1991 7:30 p.m. <br />I. Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present: John Oxian, Bill Welsheimer, Odell <br />Newburn, Jed Eide, Joanne Sporleder, Janeanne Petrass, <br />Jean Dennen, Aladean DeRose - City Attorney, Jim Pastor <br />- Survey Manager, Lori Dixon - Director. <br />Members Absent: Martha Choitz, Herb.Herendeen. <br />Others Present: Barbara Steele - Southhold Restorations. <br />III. Public Hearing <br />A. Certificate of Appropriateness <br />1. Mr. Pastor reported that the owners of the <br />property had revised their plans from those <br />submitted at the June 1991 meeting. The <br />contractor for the project presented a revised <br />plan for the rear addition originally proposed <br />to the Commission. The revision moved the <br />west wall of the addition to a line even with <br />the west side of the existing home, rather <br />than extending behind the side porch. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to accept the revised <br />Plans as appropriate: Mr. Welsheimer seconded. <br />Motion approved. <br />IV. Regular Business <br />A. Approval of Minutes - June 17, 1991 <br />Mr. Oxian requested that all additions and <br />correction to the minutes by listed in the minutes <br />of the meeting when corrected. Mr. Newburn moved <br />to accept the minutes as corrected: Mrs. Sporleder <br />seconded. Motion approved. (Director's Note: <br />listing of corrections will begin with minutes of <br />August 1991 meeting, or next meeting where <br />corrections are requested.) <br />B. Treasurer's Report - June 1991 <br />Mr. Newburn moved to accept the treasurer's report <br />as submitted: Mr. Welsheimer seconded. Motion <br />approved. <br />C. Correspondence <br />Mrs. Dixon submitted the correspondence for review <br />by the Commission. <br />
