NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />m. continued.... <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Sullivan Properties <br />L.L.C. has completed their project and the <br />certificate releases them from any further <br />obligations under their contract and <br />authorizes the Commission to return the <br />10% performance guarantee. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the COMPLETION FOR SULLIVAN PROPERTIES L.L.C. IN <br />Commission approved the Certificate of THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Completion for Sullivan Properties L.L.C. <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 1014 N. Eddy <br />(Norman L. & Deborah G. Buckman) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $789.00 as of August 30, <br />1996 for Norman L. And Deborah G. <br />Buckman. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property located at 1014 N. <br />Eddy.
