The P-xisting brick color <br />cannot be adequately matched, so the owner proposes to use a <br />brownish brick of similar size and style. <br />STANDARDS <br />Necessary structural improvements, where safety demands <br />should be accomplished in such a way as to cause minimal <br />visual change to the original style and construction. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The staff recommends that the owner be permitted to <br />reconstruct the chimney using the different colored brick. <br />
