Personnel <br />a) Mrs. Dixon reported that two staff <br />members, Suzanne Booker and Elaine <br />Lawson, had been promoted to <br />Architectural Surveyors. Ms. Booker <br />was promoted from Secretary to Surveyor <br />and Elaine Lawson, who had been <br />surveying on a temporary basis. was <br />promoted to the position of part-time <br />("permanent") surveyor while she <br />finishes her thesis at the University <br />of Notre Dame. <br />Mr. Oxian reported that those members <br />in attendance at the interview (Mrs. <br />Dennen and himself) had also worked <br />with the Director and Survey Manager to <br />establish personnel attendance and <br />vacation policies. <br />8.
