Mrs. <br />Dixon. reported that the agenda would be <br />limited to review of the standards, but that <br />some citizens may wish to discuss the <br />possibility of being removed from the <br />district. <br />Mr. Oxian asked for a show of hands of those <br />who would be able to attend. Mrs. Petrass <br />and Mr. Herendeen stated that they would be <br />there as close to 7 pm as possible. <br />Mrs. Sporleder suggested that the agenda be <br />strictly observed. The procedure for <br />reviewing and amending the guidelines was <br />discussed. The suggestion was made that the <br />district form a liason committee. <br />S. Historic Landmarks <br />• a. Central High School C. of A. Meeting <br />A date of March 12), 1990, was set for the <br />Certificate of Appropriateness hearing for <br />the Central High School Renovation. The <br />meeting will be "field at 7:30 p.m. in the lith <br />Floor Conference Room. Mr. Oxian requested <br />that a copy of the bids be obtained for <br />Commission perusal. <br />b. Public Relations and Community Education <br />a. Streetlight Meeting <br />Mr. Oxian reported on the streetlight meetinc. <br />sponsored by the Riverside Dr. LHD. Those it <br />attendance represented the local historic <br />districts, other historic neighborhoods, the <br />city engineer's office, the mayor's office, <br />the HPC and I&M, as well as other concerned <br />citizens. <br />He reported that I&M agreed to replace the <br />underground wiring in the older systems. The <br />• failure of the old wiring has caused the <br />older poles to be removed during rewiring anc. <br />to be replaced with newer fixtures. <br />
