,the St. Joseph River and East Raceway is an affiliate of <br />Can -American Corporation. <br />0 The project will have 82 one bedroom units and 120 two bedroom <br />units, and is scheduled for occupancy in September. Construction <br />financing was arranged with Mellon Bank, and permanent financing <br />was provided by John Nuveen & Company. <br />The construction of the project is a joint venture between <br />Bor-Son Construction based in Minneapolis and Verkler Construction <br />Company of South Bend. The architect is Winsor/Faricy Architects <br />from St. Paul, Minnesota. The rent on this luxury residential <br />community will range from $480 to $610. Included will be a full <br />size washer and dryer, mini blinds, balconies, spacious living <br />areas, security buildings and spectacular river views. The Club <br />House will have a large fully equipped party room, an exercise <br />room, tennis court, whirl pool, out door pool, BBQ grills and a <br />pedestrian path.
