NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />m. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the revised rehab <br />agreement takes Lot 294 out of the <br />agreement and it amends the Loan <br />Agreement to include the remainder of the <br />property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Addendum <br />to Federal Rental Rehabilitation Loan <br />Agreement for the Rehabilitation of Real <br />Property Recorded as Document 9100056 <br />in the Office of the Recorder of St Joseph <br />County for property located at 826 N. <br />Diamond Lot 293. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />amendment to Declaration of Protective <br />Covenants and Restrictions for the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Resolution <br />No. 1445, amends the Declaration of <br />Protective and Restrictive Covenants of the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center and <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center Design <br />Guidelines. This is needed because of the <br />sale of property to Sycamore Knoll, Inc. <br />One of the provisions of the Contract with <br />Sycamore Knoll, Inc. is that the <br />Redevelopment Commission allow the type <br />of conference and catering center that has <br />been proposed. The convenants will be <br />amended to allow a specific lot, called Lot <br />1A, to be used for a conference and <br />catering center. Besides the Commission <br />acting on this, there is a need to get the <br />-19- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ADDENDUM <br />TO FEDERAL RENTAL REHABILITATION <br />LOAN AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />REHABILITATION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 9100056 IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF ST JOSEPH <br />COUNTY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 826 <br />N. DIAMOND LOT 293 <br />
