The Redevelopment Commission <br />needs a majority of owners —there being <br />five other property owners in addition to <br />the Redevelopment Commission so it will <br />be presented to all of them for the change. <br />The conference and catering use is limited <br />to Lot 1A. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried <br />the Commission approved the amendment <br />to Declaration of Protective Covenants and <br />Restrictions for the Blackthorn Corporate <br />Center. <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />Subordination of Mortgage for property <br />located at 717 N. Blaine. (Travis Shell) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Travis Shell would <br />like for the Redevelopment Commission to <br />subordinate the Rental Rehab loan to a <br />loan from LaSalle Federal. The proceeds <br />from LaSalle Federal were used to <br />purchase the property and to renovate it. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki, and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Subordination of Mortgage for property <br />located at 717 N. Blaine.
