APPENDIX G MEETING REPORT FREDRICKSON HOUSE REPAIR*"3 October S a !F86 3:00 _- 3:00 P.M. RE: Discussion on repairs of the Fredrickson House Attending: F. Peter Braasch, l s.t Source Bank Bruce Haupert, Contractor Karen Kiemnec, HPC As a result of the meeting the following decisions were made: Mr. Braasch will locate the materials which were removed from th.e front (east) porch '_•gip that the medal l ions• (rosettes) can be remolded from the cold newel posts and attached is the new newel posts. He wi l l also check: to see if the urns are in safekeeping for future use. Mr. Braasch will check: to see of the damage to the wrought iron fence s. the west and of the north Side and the mate in the center of the north side: and the damage to the candy store west torch roof will l be - l: covered by insurance. Mr. Ha.upert agreed to: complete the front (east) porch newel posts by covering them witil a. top grade of wood; install the rosettes on the newel posts if they can be removed from the old newel posts, otherwise, he wi l l duplicate the old ones; replace poor quality boa.rds as needed on the rear (northwest) porch -treads, on the side (north) porch -risers, and on the front feast; porch -treads; install the missing baluster on the rear nor•thwes•t)porch. Mr. Hau pert will i then bill 1 the Trust De pa. t F i= p r merit. for the extra work he did on the porches which needed new stringers. Ms.. Kiemnec agreed to find someone capable of repairing the wrought iron fence. Mr. Braasch and Ms. Kiemnec discussed setting up another meeting soon to discuss other repairs to the bu i 1 d i r'g as per David G i bnex `s• inspection and report on the house.
