Researchers most register and establish their purpose <br />for research. The staff is willing to discuss research <br />topics to aid in the best use of the collections. <br />2. Materials are to be used in the Commission office only, <br />they are not for circulation. <br />S. Notebooks, briefcases, coats, ect. are not allowed on <br />the research tables. <br />4. Use only pencil in taking notes; ink is not allowed in <br />order to protect the materials from stray marks. Do not <br />write on the mater }als. <br />5.
