C <br />• <br />• <br />USE POLICY FOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS <br />OWNED BY THE <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />Due to the fragile nature of the documents, availability <br />will be limited to legitimate research use. Researchers <br />wishing to use the documents must complete a research <br />application form (see attached). <br />Reproduction of the original architectural drawings will be <br />limited to building owners, unless otherwise approved by the <br />Commissi on. All requests for reproduction will be approved <br />by the Historic Preservation Commission on a case by case <br />basis. Requests for reproduction must be made formally to <br />the Commission. <br />
