Riverside, Drive residents, saw -the successful completion � <br />I <br />#-- of our long hours of hard work when our neighborhood was designated a local <br />historic district by the South 8end,common Council. We had reached one of <br />our primary goals - that of preserving the historical ,architectural- and <br />aesthetic qualities of our. nei'ghborhood.,,wThe Drive, from Leeper Perk to the o <br />Angela Bridge, is an early twentieth century residential street, made up of a` Q <br />Q variety of architectural styles in a tovely.setting along the St. Joseph River. o <br />Now, with the paperwork and surveys 11 m ,v 0 r I CIO <br />i' completed, it is time to dedicate the district If' g, V p <br />a and to enjoy meeting with one another in a 0 <br />a social setting.
