2) 512 River <br />The owner requested more time to prepare materials for the <br />review; the Commission agreed. <br />3) 647 River <br />Mr. Beatty requested permission to construct a 10 x 12 foot <br />temporary redwood deck on the north corner of his property. <br />He also requested permission to replace the current fence with <br />a modified picket fence. It will be constructed along the <br />northeast and northwest boundary lines of the property. Mr. <br />Oxian made a motion to approve the temporary deck and fence; <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed; Mr. Beatty abstained. <br />4) 16479 Brick Road <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the Area Plan Commission staff asked <br />for comments on the proposed subdivision of the landmark <br />property at 16479 Brick Road. Mr. Oxian made a motion to <br />table the review until next month so that the Commissioners <br />would have a chance to go out and look at the property; Mr. <br />4 Beatty seconded; motion passed. <br />5) 815 Arch <br />Ms. Kiemnec indicated that Mrs. Eugenia Schwartz, the <br />assistant city attorney, had advised the Commission to review <br />the proposal for 815 Arch again and to consider only whether <br />or not the project follows the standards and not the <br />engineering aspects of the proposal. Mrs. Choitz made a <br />motion to approve the project as proposed; Mrs. Petrass <br />seconded; motion failed. Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve <br />the project as proposed provided it met with the approval of <br />the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water and a <br />certified civil engineer. Mr. Beatty seconded; motion passed. <br />6) 739 Bronson <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she approved a proposal to replace <br />the current porch roof with a rolled roof and to repair the <br />stucco on the chimney at 739 Bronson. <br />7) 736 Bronson <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she approved replacement of the porch <br />roof at 736 Bronson.
