Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the temporary deck and fence; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed; Mr. Beatty abstained. 4) 16479 Brick Road Ms. Kiemnec reported that the Area Plan Commission staff asked for comments on the proposed subdivision of the landmark property at 16479 Brick Road. Mr. Oxian made a motion to table the review until next month so that the Commissioners would have a chance to go out and look at the property; Mr. 4 Beatty seconded; motion passed. 5) 815 Arch Ms. Kiemnec indicated that Mrs. Eugenia Schwartz, the assistant city attorney, had advised the Commission to review the proposal for 815 Arch again and to consider only whether or not the project follows the standards and not the engineering aspects of the proposal. Mrs. Choitz made a motion to approve the project as proposed; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion failed. Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the project as proposed provided it met with the approval of the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water and a certified civil engineer. Mr. Beatty seconded; motion passed. 6) 739 Bronson Ms. Kiemnec reported that she approved a proposal to replace the current porch roof with a rolled roof and to repair the stucco on the chimney at 739 Bronson. 7) 736 Bronson Ms. Kiemnec reported that she approved replacement of the porch roof at 736 Bronson.
