Committee Reports <br />Mrs. Choitz made a motion to rearrange the order of the agenda in order to <br />accommodate visitors; Mr. Beatty seconded; motion passed. <br />a. Budget & Finance <br />No Report. <br />b. Historic Districts <br />1) Riverside Drive -.Review of Ratings <br />Ms. Straw distributed a suggested update of ratings for the <br />Riverside Drive Historic District (see Appendix Al. Mr. <br />Beatty made a motion to table the review until next month; Mr. <br />Nimtz seconded; motion passed. <br />2) Lincolnway East - Liaison Committee <br />Ms. Kiemnec announced that the Lincolnway East Historic <br />District Liaison Committee has been elected. The committee <br />consists of Mr. Nathan Martin, chairperson, Mrs. Tina Martin, <br />Dr. Robert Bonham, and Mr. Jeff Berndt. A notice was sent out <br />to the residents late in August (see Appendix B). She also <br />indicated that the district had been certified on September 9, <br />1985 (see Appendix C). <br />1) <br />
