Committee Reports <br />Mrs. Choitz made a motion to rearrange the order of the agenda in order to <br />accommodate visitors; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion passed. <br />a. Budget & Finance <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the Division of Community Development <br />has recommended funding in the amount of $7,000 for 1986 for the <br />HPC. The Commission's request was for $9,600. <br />b. Historic Districts <br />1) Riverside Drive <br />a. Review of Ratings <br />V'� The Commission discussed the reevaluation of ratings in <br />a, Riverside Drive. Mr. Nimtz made a motion to send the list <br />of ratings to the Liaison Committee for comment and to <br />complete the standards booklet without the list of <br />ratings; Mr. Hayes seconded; motion passed. The matter of <br />whether or not to notify owners in districts of rating <br />changes was sent to the Historic District Committee. <br />b. Liaison Committee <br />Mrs. Choitz announced the results of the Liaison Committee <br />Election in the Riverside Drive Historic District. The <br />residents who received the highest number of votes were <br />Mr. Richard Bennett, Ms. Violet Rohrer, and Mr. Brian <br />Crumlish. <br />2 <br />
