f. Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) 935 S. Ironwood <br />Mr. Darr presented the current site plan for 935 S. Ironwood. <br />Mrs. Petrass made a motion to accept the site plan as is <br />pending more information on the construction of the fence <br />around the parking lot; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion <br />passed. <br />g. Staff Report <br />1) Survey Update and Reevaluation <br />a) 733 W. Washington <br />Ms. Straw presented a Reevaluation Recommendation and Site <br />Report on 733 W. Washington at the owner's request. The <br />Recommendation (see Appendix A) indicates that the <br />building be re -rated from a c/10 to an s/11. Mr. Oxian so <br />moved; Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion passed. <br />b) 1045 W. Washington <br />• Ms. Straw presented a Reevaluation Recommendation (see <br />Appendix B) on 1045 W. Washington and recommended that the <br />building which formerly had not been surveyed be rated an <br />s/11. Mrs. Choitz so moved; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; <br />motion passed. <br />• <br />2) Mayor's Conference <br />Ms. Kiemnec reminded the Commission of the third annual <br />Mayor's Conference on Historic Preservation which will be held <br />on May 4, 1985 at 8:30 a.m. The title will be "Inside/Outside <br />Your Old House: A Conference on Residential Conservation." <br />3) Studebaker Clubhouse and Trees <br />Ms. Straw reported that a draft of the National Register <br />application is completed and the final copy will be completed <br />by the end of the week. <br />7. Old Business <br />Mrs. Sporleder brought up the hedgerows in the northwest part of the <br />county and asked that a method of preserving them be investigated. <br />4 <br />
