Historic Landmarks <br />1) First Reading for Landmark Designation for 920 W. Washington, <br />716 W. Colfax, 1938 E. Ewing <br />Mr. Oxian made a motion to accept the Landmark Reports on 920 <br />W. Washington, 716 W. Colfax, and 1938 E. Ewing and to proceed <br />with landmark designation on all three buildings; Mrs. <br />DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed. First reading was held <br />for all three structures. <br />2) Landmarks Committee <br />• A Landmarks Committee Meeting was called for April 16 at <br />7:30p.m. on the 11th floor of the County/City Building to <br />discuss the Facade Easement program and Mr. Oxian's proposal <br />for 20th century landmarks. <br />3) Landmarks Standards <br />Discussion of changes in the Landmarks Standards was tabled <br />until April. <br />d.
